Launching a SilentReach Campaign: Audience, Message, Caller ID, Go

SilentReach builds a ringless voicemail audience straight from the CRM, screens it twice, and posts every drop and callback to the account.

Build it from the CRM, screen it twice, measure the callbacks.

Summary

SilentReach sends ringless voicemail: a recorded message lands in voicemail without the phone ringing.

Campaigns are built in five steps: audience, message, caller ID, schedule details and a name.

Every audience is screened at build and again at each drop; results and callbacks post to the Comm Log.

Key takeaways

Connect a voicemail provider and record approved messages first.

Choose local presence or rotation deliberately and measure callbacks.

Export drops to CSV to analyze campaign economics.

What SilentReach does

SilentReach is 502ZONE's ringless voicemail module. A pre-recorded message lands in the debtor's voicemail without their phone ringing. You build the audience straight from the CRM (nothing to upload), choose a recording, choose the caller ID that will show on their phone, and launch. Every drop, delivery result and callback is posted to the account's Comm Log.

Before you start

  • A voicemail provider connected by a super admin in Settings → Service Credentials. Until it's connected, a banner on the Build tab says so; you can build and preview audiences, but you can't launch.
  • At least one message (a recording). Have message content reviewed; see what is ringless voicemail in collections.

Step 1: Audience

The audience is pulled live from the CRM:

  • Clients: one or more (none selected means all).
  • Account status: choose statuses (none selected means every status that may be contacted). Closed or no-contact statuses are greyed out and never contacted.
  • Balance from and up to.

Step 2: Message

Choose the recording.

Step 3: Caller ID

  • Single number: every drop shows one number.
  • Rotate: drops are spread evenly across the numbers you tick.
  • Local presence: each drop shows a number with the debtor's own area code, when you have one.

Step 4 and 5: Details and name

Set the remaining options and name the campaign something recognizable, for example "October — 60+ day." Click Launch campaign. If the button is greyed out, a list above it says what's missing.

Screening

Every audience is screened when you build it and again at the moment of each drop. SilentReach leaves out cease-and-desist, do-not-call, bankruptcy, deceased, litigious, disputed, litigation or judgment statuses, expired statute of limitations, closed or no-contact statuses, landline or invalid numbers, duplicates, and numbers that already reached the weekly limit.

Watching and controlling campaigns

The Campaigns tab shows each campaign's status, progress, drops, delivered and callbacks. Pause, resume or cancel from the row (cancel is final). Click a campaign to see tiles for All, Queued, Sent, Delivered, Failed and Screened, the cost so far and the list of drops. Click a tile to filter; Export CSV downloads the drops.

Measuring what matters

Judge campaigns on cost per callback and payments, not drops. See the callback economy.
