Working the ACDV Queue With e-OSCAR Agent Before the 30-Day Deadline

e-OSCAR Agent pulls ACDV disputes, links them to CRM accounts, recommends a response with AI and shows what's overdue before the 30-day deadline.

Automate the matching and preparation. Keep a person accountable for every answer.

Summary

e-OSCAR Agent works the credit-bureau ACDV dispute queue with AI recommendations and human review.

Linking a dispute flags the account as disputed in the CRM and opens a dispute record.

Only high-confidence disputes with no consumer documents or ownership issues can be approved in bulk.

Key takeaways

Work overdue disputes first, every day.

Open and read any case you're unsure about before approving.

Park disputes under investigation with clear notes.

What e-OSCAR Agent does

e-OSCAR Agent is 502ZONE's commercial module for the credit-bureau ACDV dispute queue. Disputes arrive from e-OSCAR, each is matched to the account in the CRM, an AI recommends the response code, and staff review and submit. Disputes generally have a 30-day deadline, so the screen is built to show what's overdue and what's ready to approve. For background, see what is e-OSCAR ACDV automation.

Live and demo modes

Live: when the connection is set up by a super admin in Settings → Service Credentials (the e-OSCAR tab), the screen works with real disputes.

Demo: without the connection, it runs on sample data and never contacts e-OSCAR. A "(demo)" label appears on the approve button.

The Inbound tab shows disputes waiting for an answer, with a count on the tab.

Working a dispute

Click Review (for ready disputes) or Work it on a row. A case panel opens on the right. Use the up and down arrows (or k and j) to move between disputes, and Esc to close.

Read the dispute card: case ID, consumer, SSN last four, address, account and dispute code. If the dispute isn't linked to an account yet, look up the account number or last name, pick the right account, and click Link & run AI. Linking flags the account as disputed in the CRM and opens a dispute record. To fix a wrong link, use Wrong account? Re-link.

Parking a dispute

If you're still investigating, open Park with a note, choose a status (for example In Progress or Contacted Debtor), write what you checked and what's next, and save. It stays in the queue, marked, until you answer it.

Approving in bulk, carefully

Disputes with a high-confidence AI answer, no consumer documents and no ownership issue can be approved together. Tick them and click Approve Selected. The screen submits them one by one and reports how many went through; any that fail stay in Inbound. If you're not sure, don't bulk-approve; open the case and read it.

Sending a letter

Only when the consumer asked for a letter by mail: open Letter in the case panel to see the preview. Edit the recipient, mailing address and account lines if needed, save, then download and print, add to the mail queue, or email it.

Settings and log

Shows connection status and whether it's using test data or production, disputes pulled today and in total, errors today, and a live activity log. A super admin can Stop pulling and processing disputes and Resume later. Deadlines keep running while it's stopped.

Why it matters

ACDV work is high-volume, deadline-driven and consequential. e-OSCAR Agent removes the repetitive matching and preparation so skilled staff spend their time on judgment.
